Starting point
Create an account and open the user panel
Open MeeVPN’s free-start page to display the account creation form. Follow the prompts to choose an easy-to-remember username, set a unique password and submit the form. MeeVPN does not require an email address for registration. Your username and password are the credentials for the user panel, so store them securely in your password manager. After successful submission, the page opens the user panel. If the browser remains on the original form, check whether the username is already in use and whether the two password entries match, then follow the on-page instructions.
After entering the panel, confirm that the account overview and Plans entry are visible. It is normal not to have a plan yet, and a route subscription may not have been generated. There is no need to keep clicking the client import option. Go directly to the Plans section to place an order. When changing devices later, you do not need to create another account: use the same username and password to enter the same user panel, then get the subscription from the overview. MeeVPN plans support unlimited devices, but account and subscription details should still be stored only on devices you manage.
Activate your data allowance
Choose a plan and place an order based on your usage
Open the Plans section in the user panel and decide whether you need ongoing monthly service or a data package that lasts until its allowance is used. Monthly subscriptions include ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB; data resets monthly on the activation date. Data packages are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB, remain available until used and never expire. For light browsing, start with a smaller allowance. Regular streaming or day-to-day cross-border work usually calls for more data. If you are unsure, review the full plan details before returning to the panel to choose.
After choosing a plan, check that the displayed name, data allowance and amount match your expectations, then continue to order confirmation. MeeVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay and USDT; complete payment through the available options shown in the panel. Do not create a duplicate order after payment. Return to the order or account overview to check its status. If confirmation requires a refresh, reopen the overview instead of paying again. When upgrading a monthly subscription, the price difference is converted into remaining days; read the relevant plan details if you need to assess whether an upgrade suits your usage.
If you are not satisfied with your first payment, you can request a full refund within 14 days. Refunds are handled as order matters, not through the client. To apply, open the ticket section in the user panel and provide the relevant order and issue details. For common questions about payment status, orders that have not updated or refund processing, see the Billing and refunds section of the support page. The rest of this guide assumes that the order has taken effect and the account overview shows the subscription entry.
Get your route configuration
Get the subscription link from your account overview
After the order takes effect, open the account overview in the user panel. Find the copy or import option in the subscription section; the available subscription is based on your account status. A subscription link is not an ordinary webpage for browser viewing. It lets compatible clients retrieve route names and connection settings. After copying it, switch directly to the client to import it. If the browser shows only text, a download prompt or unrecognized content, return to the overview and copy it again; do not edit the link.
A common example link used in tutorials is https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN. This is only a clearly marked format example and cannot be used to connect. A real subscription must come from your own user panel. It contains information related to your account permissions and should not be posted on public webpages, included in screenshots or placed in shared documents. Do not transfer it to devices you do not manage. If you suspect that it was exposed, check the panel for available reset options or submit a ticket.
After copying, choose the client for your device and import the subscription. Keep the user panel open for the moment and close it only after the client has successfully updated the route list. This makes it easy to check if the copy was incomplete or the subscription has not updated. If the overview has no subscription entry, confirm the order status and that the plan is still valid. If you still cannot determine the cause, follow the account and subscription guidance; do not look elsewhere for a supposed universal replacement subscription.
Import by platform
Add the subscription to your current device
Open the client through the Get Client page in the user panel; static installers are not provided on the marketing pages. After entering the panel, select your operating system and install the client as instructed, then return here to import the subscription. Menus differ by platform, but the workflow is the same: open subscription or configuration management, choose import from link, paste the subscription you copied, save it and run an update. The update is complete when the client’s main interface shows MeeVPN’s region or route list, not merely when a “Saved successfully” message appears.
Windows
In a Windows client, open the configuration, subscription or library section, then choose Add from link. Paste the copied content in full into the address field. You can give the configuration a recognizable name, then save and click Update. Return to the main interface, confirm that the route list appears, and choose the connection mode you need. If the list is still empty after saving, check that the beginning and end of the pasted content are intact, then run a subscription update manually.
macOS
In the macOS client, find configuration management in the menu-bar window or main window, then choose Add subscription or Import from link. Paste the subscription and save it. Allow the client to create the network configuration when prompted by the system. Return to the route selector and update it; enable the connection only after the region list appears. If the system asks for network extension or configuration authorization, read the system prompt and approve it. Otherwise, the client may show routes without actually taking over the network connection.
Android
Open the Android client and go to the subscription, configuration or profile section. Tap Add and choose Import via link. Paste the subscription, save it and refresh the route list manually. When connecting for the first time, the system displays a network connection authorization prompt; confirm it before the client can establish a tunnel. If the connection pauses after switching to another app, check the client’s background-running permission first. See the troubleshooting manual for detailed checks related to system power-saving policies.
iOS
In the iOS client, open the subscription or configuration section, choose Add from link and paste the subscription. Save it, run an update and return to the home screen to choose a route. On the first connection, the system asks to add a network configuration; follow the prompt and confirm before checking the connection status. If the route has imported but the switch quickly returns to its previous state, close and reopen the client, then check the plan status and subscription update. Do not repeatedly delete other network configurations from the system, as this can broaden the scope of troubleshooting.
Linux is also supported by MeeVPN, but import paths vary considerably between desktop environments and clients. To keep this page focused, Linux configuration steps are covered in the user panel and the troubleshooting manual. Regardless of the platform, confirm that the route list updates normally after importing before moving on to connection verification. If the list is empty, switching routes will not help; return to the subscription steps and check the order and imported content.
Confirm the configuration is working
Choose a route and verify access
Once the client shows a route list, choose a route in the region that matches the target service. For everyday browsing, start with a nearby region. For content tied to a specific region, choose the corresponding region. For AI tools, streaming and long-running connections, focus on actual stability rather than the route name alone. Start the connection and wait until the client clearly shows Connected before opening the target website or app. Do not click through several regions while the client is still connecting, or it will be difficult to tell which route was ultimately used.
During verification, first open an ordinary webpage that already works normally to confirm that the device’s basic network connection is intact. Then access the international website or tool you need. If both open successfully, the subscription import and route connection are working. If the ordinary webpage also fails, disconnect to restore the basic network, then update the subscription and switch to another route in the same region. If only one app fails while the browser works, the cause is more likely the app’s network settings or client routing; see the troubleshooting section for apps that do not use the connection.
Streaming content and AI tools may retain previous region caches and login states, so a route change may not appear immediately. Fully close the app or browser tab, then reopen it to test again. Avoid changing several client settings at once. Keeping the default configuration and changing only the route makes issues easier to isolate. If a connection is established but performance is below expectations, follow the speed and evening troubleshooting process step by step instead of changing the protocol, system network and app settings simultaneously.
Keep the configuration working
Update subscriptions, switch devices and handle issues
After the first successful connection, everyday use mainly involves updating the subscription and choosing routes. Once the client has saved the subscription, there is no need to paste the link again each time. To retrieve the latest route configuration, open subscription management and click Update. When changing devices, get the client from the user panel on the new device and import the subscription from the same account. MeeVPN supports unlimited devices, but the subscription remains account information and should not be stored long-term on public devices you do not manage.
If the connection suddenly stops working, follow a consistent order: first confirm that the local network can open an ordinary webpage, then check the plan status, update the subscription and finally switch to another route in the same region. This separates account, configuration, route and device issues and avoids reinstalling the client prematurely. If subscription updates fail, the connection drops frequently, a specific app does not use the route, or a mobile client stops connecting in the background, visit the troubleshooting manual for a fuller diagnostic process and the information to provide to support.
For questions about your account, order, speed selection or refund policy, start with the support page. If you still need help, submit a ticket from the user panel and include the device operating system, the client’s current message, the step where the issue occurred, the route type you tried and whether the subscription updates successfully. Do not paste the full subscription link into the ticket. Simply state “subscription updates” or “subscription update failed.” Clearer information makes it easier to distinguish an order-status issue from subscription import or device-connection problems.
