Service Content and Scope
MeeVPN provides cross-border access, network acceleration for international websites, and international route subscription services. Routes cover 90+ countries / 200+ routes and support Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. The routes available, connection methods, and client entry points are based on the information shown in the user panel at the relevant time.
Connection results may be affected by regional conditions, network operators, target website policies, and device settings. Subscription services are intended to improve cross-border links and route selection; they do not guarantee continuous access to every website, application, or type of content in every network environment. MeeVPN does not manage the content, account policies, or service status of third-party websites and applications.
Account and Subscription Rules
Registration requires no email address; a username and password are sufficient. Users must protect their usernames, passwords, and subscription details and are responsible for activity carried out through their accounts. If credentials are exposed, an unusual login is detected, or subscription information is obtained by another person, users should change their passwords promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
The service supports simultaneous connections on an unlimited number of devices, but each subscription is for the account holder and their personally managed devices. Users may not resell, rent out, publicly post, or distribute subscription details in bulk, nor may they use an account as a shared access service for an unspecified group of people. The account holder is responsible for traffic usage and account risks caused by resale, public sharing, or inadequate protection.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date, and the price difference for a mid-cycle upgrade is calculated based on the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Payment methods include Alipay / WeChat Pay / USDT. Users should complete payment after confirming the plan details, traffic allowance, and applicable usage method.
Compliant Use Requirements
Users must comply with the laws and regulations applicable in their location and the place where the service is actually used, and must independently confirm that their network activities are lawful. The service must not be used to infringe the rights of others, access systems without authorization, distribute malicious programs, disrupt network operations, send abusive content, or engage in other unlawful conduct.
Users must not affect the normal use of routes, systems, or other subscribers through automated requests, abnormal concurrency, malicious scanning, or other means. MeeVPN may apply necessary technical restrictions to clearly abnormal connection activity in order to protect routes and service infrastructure.
Service Availability and Liability Boundaries
MeeVPN performs maintenance, switches, or adjustments based on route status, network conditions, and operational needs. Scheduled maintenance, route failures, upstream network changes, third-party service policies, device system settings, and uncontrollable network events may cause brief interruptions, speed changes, or limited feature availability.
Users should confirm that their route and target service connect properly before important tasks and keep necessary local materials and backup work plans. To the extent permitted by applicable law, MeeVPN is not responsible for third-party website content, third-party account status, device data loss, or losses caused by incorrect user configuration, exposed credentials, or violations of these terms.
Refunds and Account Termination
The refund policy is: refunds are available within 14 days, with a full refund if the user is dissatisfied with the first payment. Eligible users may submit a ticket through the user panel explaining their refund request. For duplicate payments, unusual orders, or disputed payment status, MeeVPN may first verify the relevant order records before processing the request.
If an account is used for unlawful purposes, subscription resale, public credential sharing, attacks, interference with service facilities, or other serious violations of these terms, MeeVPN may restrict connections, suspend the subscription, or terminate the account. To protect the system and other users, accounts involving clear security risks may be suspended first while necessary information is reviewed before a decision is made on restoration.
Changes to These Terms and Other Provisions
MeeVPN may revise these terms in response to changes in service scope, feature workflows, legal requirements, or operational arrangements. Updated content will be published on this page, and the last-updated month shown on the page will be adjusted accordingly. Continued use of the service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms; users who disagree with the changes should stop using the relevant services.
These terms and the Privacy Policy together form the basic agreement for using MeeVPN. If any provision cannot be enforced under applicable rules, the remaining provisions will continue in effect.
