Privacy & Data Handling
Privacy Policy
This policy explains how MeeVPN handles necessary data when providing cross-border access, international routes, and subscription services, and how users can review, correct, or delete related information.
Last updated: August 2026
Data Collected and Processing Purposes
MeeVPN processes data only as needed for account management, subscription delivery, order verification, service security, and troubleshooting. No email address is required for registration: a username and password are sufficient. Accordingly, an email address is not a required registration field and is not actively collected for account creation.
Account data may include a username, securely processed authentication information, plan status, total traffic usage, and account activity records. This information is used to verify accounts, display available services, calculate remaining traffic, and manage account settings. It is not used to analyze which websites users access.
Order data includes the selected plan, order status, payment method, payment result, refund status, and necessary transaction identifiers. This data is used to confirm payment, deliver subscriptions, process refund requests when a first-time payment does not meet expectations, and resolve order disputes. Descriptions, device details, and troubleshooting information voluntarily submitted in support tickets are used only to respond to requests and investigate issues.
No-Logs Policy and Connection Data
MeeVPN follows a no-logs policy. It does not record which websites users visit, retain web browsing content, communications, search queries, or specific destinations, or create browsing profiles that could be used to reconstruct an individual's online activity.
While routes are operating, the service may temporarily process technical states required to establish a connection, such as authentication results, route availability, traffic metering, and error information. These details help maintain connections, enforce plan rules, and locate service faults. They are not retained long term as logs of user activity. Temporary technical states are deleted, overwritten, or converted into aggregated information that cannot be linked to specific access activity once the relevant purpose is complete.
To protect accounts and service operations, the service may retain necessary records related to failed logins, unusual requests, or security incidents. Such records are used only for risk identification, troubleshooting, and preventing abuse, and do not contain the specific website content users browse.
Access Analytics, Cookies, and Local Storage
The website may collect statistical information such as page visits, referring pages, browser type, device type, interface language, and approximate region. This helps assess whether pages work properly, improve navigation, and determine whether content is easy to find. Access analytics are used for trend analysis and not to record destination websites reached through international routes.
Cookies and browser local storage may be used to maintain login status, remember language preferences, save interface settings, maintain necessary security states, and prevent the same action from being performed repeatedly. If this storage is disabled, public pages remain accessible, but login status, the account panel, or preference settings may not persist normally.
Users can clear cookies and local storage through their browser settings. After clearing them, saved login status and page preferences may need to be configured again.
Payments and Third-Party Processing
MeeVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment confirmation is handled with the participation of the relevant payment service or transaction network. Information submitted during payment is subject to that provider's own privacy policy and terms of service. The service does not require users to submit complete payment credentials on marketing pages.
To confirm orders, the service receives and stores necessary payment results, order identifiers, and transaction status. This information is not used for purposes unrelated to subscription delivery, refunds, reconciliation, or dispute handling. Before using a specific payment method, users should also read the privacy information provided by the relevant channel.
Data Retention, Access, and Deletion
Account information is generally retained while the account remains in use. Order records are kept only as needed to complete delivery, refunds, reconciliation, dispute handling, and applicable obligations. Access analytics are kept in aggregated form where possible, and support ticket materials are not used for other purposes after an issue is resolved. Data beyond what is necessary will be deleted, anonymized, or unlinked from the account.
Users can request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related data through the support ticket entry in the user panel. To prevent someone else from acting on an account, the service may first require verification of current account control. After a deletion request is completed, some information that must be retained for order verification, refund records, security incidents, or applicable obligations may remain restricted until the relevant purpose ends.
Deleting an account may affect unfinished orders, subscription status, and future troubleshooting. Before submitting a request, users should resolve any ongoing orders or support tickets and save any information they need to keep.
Policy Updates and Scope
This policy applies to the MeeVPN website, user panel, and account and subscription features provided directly by the service. Information submitted through external websites, payment channels, or other independent services is handled by the relevant provider under its own rules.
MeeVPN may update this policy when data practices, service features, or applicable requirements change. Updates will be published on this page, and the last-updated date at the top will be adjusted accordingly. Important changes involving data use or user rights will be explained through visible notices within the site. Users are encouraged to review the latest version and confirm the relevant changes before continuing to use the service.
